I am staff or a student at Leeds Beckett University and I would like to attend the conference.

Including:
Conference participation and materials
Welcome reception Wednesday
Coffee breaks and lunches Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
Conference dinner Thursday

Option 2 – EURO 100
Including:
Conference participation and materials
Welcome reception Wednesday
Coffee breaks and lunches Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

I agree that the personal information provided in this form may be stored and used by ATLAS for communication about the approval process of the abstract, and in case of registration for the event, personal information may be included in the abstract book and program.

I agree with the following photography / filming consent statements:
• I understand that my attendance / presentation at the above event can be noted / pictured / filmed;
• The organisers may store the photos / videos;
• The organisers may use the photos / videos for promotional materials, publications, in articles and potentially for publicity / marketing purposes;
• The organisers may use the photos / videos on its website and on social media;
• I can withdraw consent for this at any time. I can email admin@atlas-euro.org if I change my mind;
• This consent will not apply to material already published. The organisers cannot control already published material or recall them;
• This authorization is given without promise of compensation.
