I would like to register for the above mentioned event.

Cancellation Policy

If written cancellation is received before June 1st 2025 a refund of all meeting fees will be made, minus an administration fee of € 50. No refund will be possible after June 1st 2025, but substitute delegates can be nominated.

I agree that the personal information provided in this registration form may be stored and used by ATLAS and the host institute for communication about the event. I also agree that the information may be included in the abstract book and program of the event, which will be available for participants only.

Photography / filming consent statements:
• I understand that my attendance / presentation at the above event can be noted / pictured / filmed;
• The ortganisers may store the photos / videos;
• The organisers may use the photos / videos for promotional materials, publications, in articles and potentially for publicity / marketing purposes;
• The organisers may use the photos / videos on its website and on social media;
• I can withdraw consent for this at any time. I can email admin@atlas-euro.org if I change my mind;
• This consent will not apply to material already published. The organisers cannot control already published material or recall them;
• This authorization is given without promise of compensation.
