Alongside my doctoral studies, I work as a research assistant at the School of Business at the American University of Beirut, contributing to research in management and marketing. My research interests center on digital transformation in tourism and hospitality experiences, with a particular focus on how emerging technologies such as augmented and mixed reality and artificial intelligence shape interpretation and experience design in tourism and hospitality contexts.
